How it grew
Rooted locally, connected globally
Regens Unite began with one event at Citizen Corner, a grassroots community space in Brussels. The idea was simple. Put people working in radically different sectors in the same room. They were all after the same thing, something regenerative for themselves, their communities and the places they live.
The first gathering was held there in May 2022. Citizen Corner has since closed. What it started did not. The gatherings kept happening in other people's cities and other people's venues, run by people who were in the room the first time. Each one belongs to the place it happens in. Each one is connected to all the others.
Every city that has held a gathering, and the first one they all trace back to.
